Motherhood is one of the most wonderful things in a woman’s life. However, making sure your diet is optimised while trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and afterwards can prove challenging. Taking care of yourself during this sensitive period is not a luxury — it’s a necessity.

 

Who is it for?

This plan is ideal if:

  • You’re trying to conceive — naturally or through IVF — and want expert nutrition guidance to support your fertility.

  • You’re pregnant and want to feel confident that your diet is complete and nourishing for both you and your baby.

  • You’ve recently given birth and want to support your body during breastfeeding or ease back into balanced eating after pregnancy.

My approach is based on the principles of the Mediterranean diet and Intuitive Eating. There’s no calorie counting, food weighing, unnecessary supplements, or complicated meal prep involved. Together, we’ll create a personalised and realistic action plan to give you — and your baby — the healthiest possible start.

 

What you get:

  • Access to an exclusive, GDPR-compliant app available on both iOS and Android, and fully accessible via your browser on any computer.
  • One 45-minute online consultation (via Zoom).
  • A comprehensive nutritional assessment.
  • Depending on your own particular lifestyle, health history and stage (preconception, pregnancy or postnatal), you will receive an individual action plan based on your needs, preferences and lifestyle.
  • Weekly feedback.
  • Online food and mood/symptom journals (if we decide these can be helpful to you).
  • A 30-min follow-up session every two weeks.

 

How long does the plan last and how much does it cost?

The plan costs £150/€175 per month (4 weeks) and includes a two (2) online sessions, along with support throughout the 4 weeks. Towards the end, we’ll discuss your options: you can renew the same plan, switch to a less intensive approach, or stop altogether. Reviewing this monthly allows us to assess your progress and ensure we proceed in the way that best meets your needs.

 

How it Works

Step 1: I’ll give you access to the exclusive app through which you will complete a comprehensive assessment form. Everything is online, so you don’t need to print or scan documents.

Step 2: During our initial consultation, we’ll have an in-depth discussion about your history, needs, and goals, all tailored to your specific stage — whether you’re in the preconception phase, pregnant, breastfeeding, or recovering after childbirth.

Step 3: I’ll send your personalised action plan, along with supporting documents and full guidance on how to successfully implement the advice into your lifestyle. If it’s helpful, you’ll also receive instructions on how to keep an online food and lifestyle journal — this is optional and not required for everyone.

Step 4: Each week, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire to record your progress, struggles and successes. If we decide food diaries are helpful to you, I will review them and provide additional support when you need it.

Step 5: This plan includes a 30-min follow-up consultation every two weeks. During follow-up consultations, we’ll revisit your goals and update your action plan and resources as needed. I use several behaviour change tools and techniques and relevant presentations to keep you motivated and focused on your goals; this makes the whole process smoother, so you get the results you want much easier.
