Who is it for?

Have you tried many diets in the past? Do you struggle with food guilt and emotional eating? This plan is ideal if you want to rebuild your relationship with food and your body. During our online consultations, we will use the principles of intuitive eating alongside powerful behaviour change tools and resources to support you reconnect with your inner wisdom and break free from diet rules.

How long does the plan last and how much does it cost?

The plan costs £140/160 per month (4 weeks) and includes two (2) online sessions and weekly support for 4 weeks.

 

Note: The price of this plan for couples is £220/€250 per month (4 weeks). This includes two (2) joint online sessions, separate (but aligned) action plans, full access to the platform (separate profiles) and weekly individualised feedback (for each of you separately).

 

How it Works

Step 1: I’ll give you access to the telehealth platform through which you will complete a comprehensive assessment form. Everything is online, so you don’t need to print or scan documents.

Step 2: During our initial 45-min consultation, we’ll have a detailed chat about your history, needs, and goals. 

Step 3: After our session, I’ll send your personalised action plan, along with supporting documents and full guidance on how to successfully implement the advice into your lifestyle. You also get detailed advice on how to keep your online food and lifestyle journals (if needed).

Step 4: Each week, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire to record your progress, struggles and successes. If we decide food diaries are helpful to you, I will review them and provide additional support when you need it.

Step 5: This plan includes a 30-min follow-up consultation every two weeks. During follow-up consultations, we’ll revisit your goals and update your action plan and resources as needed. I use several behaviour change tools and techniques and relevant presentations to keep you motivated and focused on your goals; this makes the whole process smoother, so you get the results you want much easier.
