I’m Maria Kolotourou – YourGreekDietitian – a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience specialising in women’s hormonal health (PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, fertility). Based in the UK, I support women who want to optimise their health or achieve sustainable weight loss. Being an expat myself, I have a particular passion for supporting Greeks living abroad.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with Mediterranean dietary principles.
