I’m Maria Kolotourou, a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience. Based in the UK, I offer online nutrition services for anyone looking to take their nutrition to the next level, optimise their intake, and support their overall wellbeing.
My approach is holistic, rooted in the deep connection between body and mind. I believe that truly caring for ourselves begins with reconnecting to our body – listening carefully and understanding its real needs. Nutrition plays a vital role in this process, not just as a source of energy, but as a powerful tool for self-care, balance, and overall well-being.
My philosophy is based on the principles of Intuitive Eating and the Mediterranean Diet. I have a special interest in women’s nutrition across life stages, and through my many years of experience, I’ve developed expertise in supporting people struggling with chronic dieting and emotional eating.
Together, we will work on this journey of reconnection, helping you meet your nutritional needs, enjoy food without guilt, and find the weight that’s right for your body.

Step 1: Get in touch
We’ll start with a free discovery call to discuss the challenges you’re facing and how I can help you. Together we’ll decide which plan and approach suits you best.
Step 2: Initial session
If you decide you’d like to work with me, I’ll ask you to complete a detailed assessment form. This helps me gain a holistic understanding of your nutritional needs, lifestyle, and circumstances. Based on this information, we’ll work together during the first session to create your individualised action plan.

Step 3: Ongoing support
Behaviour change doesn’t happen overnight. But with dedication, perseverance and the right guidance, you can reach your goals. We will regularly review your goals and diet plan based on your progress.
