I’m Maria Kolotourou -YourGreekDietitian- registered dietitian helping people optimise their nutrition and feel their best for over 20 years. Based in the UK, I offer personalised online nutrition services to anyone looking to improve their diet, boost their energy, and support their overall health and wellbeing.

I specialise in working with women at every life stage: from hormonal health and fertility to menopause and beyond. I also have a particular passion for supporting Greeks living abroad who want to maintain the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet while adapting it to their current lifestyle.

My approach is straightforward and practical. I combine evidence-based nutrition science with Mediterranean dietary principles and elements of intuitive eating to create personalised strategies that actually work for your life. If you decide you’d like to work with me, I’ll ask you to complete a detailed assessment form. This helps me gain a holistic understanding of your nutritional needs, lifestyle, and circumstances. Based on this information, we’ll work together during the first session to create your individualised action plan.

Step 3: Ongoing support

Behaviour change doesn’t happen overnight. But with dedication, perseverance and the right guidance, you can reach your goals. We will regularly review your goals and diet plan based on your progress.
