This plan is ideal for ladies who wish to change their lifestyle in a way that will support them with their PCOS diagnosis. PCOS can disrupt your female hormones, insulin levels, stress response and thyroid function. It can also increase your body’s inflammation.
You may find a lot of information online about what you need to do to help your PCOS. Yet, nothing seems to work. This is because PCOS is very individual and understanding what your body needs is essential. Luckily, there is a lot we can do together to identify what are the right changes for you. This will allow you to get your life back and safeguard your long-term health.
As a weight-inclusive dietitian, I offer a non-judgemental, compassionate approach inspired by the principles of intuitive eating.

How long does the plan last, and how much does it cost?
The plan costs £150/€175 per month (4 weeks) and includes two (2) online sessions, along with support throughout the 4 weeks. Towards the end, we’ll discuss your options: you can renew the same plan, switch to a less intensive approach, or stop altogether. Reviewing this monthly allows us to assess your progress and ensure we proceed in the way that best meets your needs.
How it Works
Step 1: I’ll give you access to the telehealth platform through which you will complete a comprehensive assessment form. Everything is online, so you don’t need to print or scan documents.
Step 2: During our initial 45-min consultation, we’ll have a detailed chat about your history, needs, and goals. We will explore how PCOS is affecting your life and prioritise the changes that are more relevant to your individual needs.
Step 3: I’ll send your personalised action plan, along with supporting documents and full guidance on how to successfully implement the advice into your lifestyle.
Step 4: Each week, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire to record your progress, struggles and successes. If we decide food diaries are helpful to you, I will review them and provide additional support when you need it.
Step 5: This plan includes a 30-min follow-up consultation every two weeks. During follow-up consultations, we’ll revisit your goals and update your action plan and resources as needed. I use several behaviour change tools and techniques and relevant presentations to keep you motivated and focused on your goals; this makes the whole process smoother, so you get the results you want much easier.
