How It Works:

You’ll be billed every 4 weeks from your start date. Each 4-week cycle includes 2 sessions plus continuous support. At the end of each cycle, we’ll review your progress and decide together whether to continue for another 4 weeks.

Most clients work with this programme for 3 cycles (12 weeks) to build sustainable habits before transitioning to maintenance support or graduating.

Flexible Session Packages (Best Value)

  • 3 sessions: £195/€235 (save £15/€20) – use within 4 months
  • 5 sessions: £300/€360 (save £50/€65) – use within 6 months

Sessions are 30 minutes each. You’ll maintain platform access to review past resources and use optional food journals for your own accountability. Book at your own pace for a check-ins or troubleshooting.


Single Sessions

£70/€85 per 30-minute session

Book any time for a one-off check-in or specific guidance.
