Standalone Sessions

Support When you Need It

Individual 1:1 consultations to meet your needs

Who is it for?

Standalone sessions are ideal for those looking for focused support without committing to a longer-term plan. Whether you need expert advice on a specific issue, guidance on nutrition and lifestyle, or help with achieving short-term goals, these sessions offer the flexibility to get the support you need, when you need it. They’re also ideal for clients who have completed a plan and are weaning off regular sessions, but still want to check in occasionally to ensure they’re staying on track, or to problem-solve based on new circumstances.

What you get:

  • Access to an exclusive, GDPR-compliant app available on both iOS and Android, and fully accessible via your browser on any computer.
  • One initial 45-minute online consultation (via Zoom).
  • Ad-hoc follow-up sessions available at your preferred frequency, including 30-minute or 45-minute sessions.

How long do the sessions last and what’s the cost?

  • Initial Assessment: £120 / €140 for a 45-minute session (plus summary report).

  • Follow-Up Sessions:

    • 45-minute session: £90 / €110

    • 30-minute session: £60 / €70

Follow-up sessions are offered as needed, at your preferred frequency.

How it Works

Step 1: I’ll give you access to the exclusive app through which you will complete a comprehensive assessment form. Everything is online, so you don’t need to print or scan documents.

Step 2: During our initial 45-min consultation, we’ll have a detailed chat about your history, needs, and goals.

Step 3: After your initial assessment, you’ll receive a summary report outlining the key takeaways, including a proposed action plan.

Step 4: If desired, you can schedule follow-up sessions at a frequency that works best for you. During these sessions, we will review your progress, assess any new challenges, and provide additional tools or adjustments to keep you on track. These sessions are particularly helpful for clients who are weaning off regular plans or need occasional check-ins to ensure they remain on the right path as life circumstances change.
