Who is it for?
This plan is an excellent choice if you want to reconnect with your body and find your natural weight. With online support, our collaboration takes place from the comfort of your home, at times that work for you. This method is particularly useful if you have struggled with dieting or emotional eating.

How long does the plan last and how much does it cost?
The plan costs £150/€175 per month (4 weeks) and includes two (2) online sessions, along with support throughout the 4 weeks. Towards the end, we’ll discuss your options: you can renew the same plan, switch to a less intensive approach, or stop altogether. Reviewing this monthly allows us to assess your progress and ensure we proceed in the way that best meets your needs.
Note: The price of this plan for couples is £240/€280 per month (4 weeks). This includes two (2) joint online sessions, separate (but aligned) action plans, full access to the platform (separate profiles) and weekly individualised feedback (for each of you separately).
How it Works
Step 1: I’ll give you access to the telehealth platform through which you will complete a comprehensive assessment form. Everything is online, so you don’t need to print or scan documents.
Step 2: During our initial 45-min consultation, we’ll have a detailed chat about your history, needs, and goals.
Step 3: After our session, I’ll send your personalised action plan, along with supporting documents and full guidance on how to successfully implement the advice into your lifestyle. You also get detailed advice on how to keep your online food and lifestyle journals (if needed).
Step 4: Each week, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire to record your progress, struggles and successes. If we decide food diaries are helpful to you, I will review them and provide additional support when you need it.
Step 5: This plan includes a 30-min follow-up consultation every two weeks. During follow-up consultations, we’ll revisit your goals and update your action plan and resources as needed. I use several behaviour change tools and techniques and relevant presentations to keep you motivated and focused on your goals; this makes the whole process smoother, so you get the results you want much easier.
