Chocolate avocado mousse
This is an simple, yummy recipe for a light, delicious chocolate mousse!
INGREDIENTS (3-4 portions)
– 2 ripe avocados
– 4 (very ripe) frozen bananas
– 4 dates
– 4 heaped tbs cocoa
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
– 1 tbs chocolate chips for decoration (optional)
METHOD
Mix the ingredients in the food processor until smooth, portion it into 4 serving bowls and decorate with the chocolate chips. If you freeze the bananas beforehand you can eat the mousse straight away. Otherwise, you can leave it in the fridge for an hour to cool. Enjoy!
