Subscription to Newsletter and Free Guide downloads

When you register to our newsletter mailing list or to download our free guides, the data supplied is only used by us to send specific information such as nutrition news, resources and events. You can view and update their information via a link in the newsletter email, as well as unsubscribe at any time. Registration for newsletters is via Your Mailing List Provider. We do not pass any of your personal information to outside organisations and/or individuals, except with your express consent.

We will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.
