“What’s a discovery call and is it really free?”
Yes, completely free with no obligation. It’s a 15 minute conversation where we discuss your situation, goals, and whether my approach is right for you. No pressure to commit—it’s simply a chance to see if we’re a good fit.
“What technology do I need?”
Just a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a quiet space for video calls. You’ll get access to a professional GDPR-compliant telehealth platform where everything happens in one place: video sessions, secure messaging, resources, progress tracking, optional food journals, and invoicing. It works seamlessly on any device and is very user-friendly.
How It Works
“How does the 4-week billing work?”
The programme runs in 4-week cycles from your start date, not calendar months. For example, if you start on 15 January, your first cycle ends 12 February, your second cycle ends 12 March, and so on. Each cycle includes 2 sessions plus continuous support.
“How many sessions do I get in my first cycle?”
Two sessions: one 45-minute initial consultation and one 30-minute follow-up (typically at week 2). After your first cycle, all sessions are 30 minutes. You always receive 2 sessions per 4-week cycle.
“Can I contact you between sessions?”
Yes! All programmes include continuous support via secure app messaging or email. You’re not on your own between sessions.
The Approach
“Will I need to weigh myself or take measurements?”
We’ll discuss this in our first session. While I don’t focus solely on weight, some clients find it helpful to track certain measurements. I can recommend reasonably priced tools if you’re interested, but tracking is never mandatory—we’ll decide together what makes sense for your goals.
“Do I have to keep a food diary or follow a meal plan?”
No rigid meal plans or mandatory food diaries. I provide flexible guidance, recipes, and meal ideas that you can adapt to your lifestyle. The app includes optional food journals if you find them helpful, but they’re not required.
Practical Details
“What if I need to reschedule a session?”
Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged. I understand that emergencies happen—just contact me as soon as possible and we’ll work something out.
